The booking

You can book your rental bike conveniently online or simply contact us, we will be happy to advise you personally. When booking online, you will automatically receive an email with a summary of your reservation. The booking confirmation will also follow by e-mail. Please print out the booking confirmation and hand it to the employee when you pick up your rental bike.

Collection

You can pick up your rental bike in person at the bike station at Playa de Palma. The address is on your booking confirmation. You can pick up your rental bike 7 days a week without extra charge between 8:00 and 21:00. Please be sure to keep to the time you specified when booking. Within Palma and at Mallorca Airport, the delivery is free of charge, if you rent for at least 3 days. A delivery outside of Palma costs in principle 30 euros per route, regardless of the number of rented bikes. (60 euros delivery and pick up) No deposit is required for pick up. A copy of your identity card or passport will be made.

Insurance package

The insurance covers damage to the rental bike due to a fall or accident. Excluded are theft of the bike and damage to the tube. The cost of insurance is already included in the price.

Completely customized to the mobility and goals of the cyclist is our “rental bike fitting.
The measurement starts with a mobility test and we work our way from the pedal plates to the hand position. This gives us your individual, optimal seating position. Afterwards, the existing bike can be optimized based on the required geometries.With our bike biometrics / seat position analysis and appropriate adjustments, pain while cycling or unnecessary loss of power will be a thing of the past. This service is included in the price.

Return

When returning the bike does not need to be cleaned. The cleaning is included in our prices.
