What size should I choose?
Based on experience, the sizing varies significantly between manufacturers. During the booking process, we will ask for your height in centimeters.
Pick up or delivery?
You can pick up your bike for free in Can Picafort. Delivery and collection across the island costs 30 Euros in the north, 60 Euros in the center and Palma, and 90 Euros in remote areas, regardless of the number of bikes. A prior appointment is necessary; you can specify the address and time during booking.
Pedals, helmets, or bike computers – Rent or bring your own?
We offer pedals (SPD, SPD SL, Look) for rent at 10 Euros per bike. If you bring your own pedals, we will mount them on-site. Wahoo and Garmin mounts can be rented for 10 Euros. We have a limited number of helmets available. Just ask us!
What does the insurance cover?
The insurance covers damages to the bike due to falls or accidents. Theft of the bike and damage to the tube are excluded. The insurance costs are included in the price. The renter is liable for theft.
Are there discounts for groups?
Yes, groups of 5 or more receive discounts. Please contact us via email for special rates.
How does payment work?
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a link for online payment via credit card or PayPal. Payment on-site or by bank transfer is also possible; please contact us by email.
Is a deposit required at pickup?
No deposit is required, just a copy of your ID.
Until when can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time free of charge.
