– Which size should I choose?

Experience shows that size specifications of different manufacturers can vary greatly. We will ask you for your height in centimeters during the booking process and find the right bike for you.

– Pick up the bike or have it delivered?

In the city of Palma you can have the bike delivered by us free of charge between 08:00 and 21:00. We offer this service 7 days a week. Outside Palma, delivery costs 30 euros, regardless of the number of bikes. Pick up also costs 30 euros. You must present a valid identity card when you hand over your bike. Of course you can also pick up your bike at one of our bike stations. At the moment it is necessary to make an appointment in advance. In the booking form you can enter the desired pick-up time. We ask you to keep this time and in case of late arrival to notify us by phone.

– What is included in the insurance?

The insurance covers damage to the bike due to a fall or accident. Excluded are theft of the bike and damage to the tube. The cost of insurance is included in our prices. There is no additional insurance for theft of the bike and equipment, in this case the renter is liable.

– How does the bike fitting work?

Our “rental bike fitting” is completely individualized to the mobility and goals of the cyclist. The measurement starts with a mobility test and we work our way from the pedal plates to the hand position. This gives us your individual, optimal seating position. Then the existing bike can be optimized based on the required geometry. This service is included in the price.

– Are there discounts for groups?

Of course we have group discounts. Groups of 5 or more participants should contact us by email to get special conditions.

– What is the payment procedure?

We offer payment on the spot. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or credit card, please email us. Paypal is also gladly accepted.

– Is there a deposit required at the time of pickup?

No deposit is required, just a copy of your ID.

– Until when can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time free of charge.
